The PB-6006-3M is a high temperature probe with a 3m cable which monitors from -50°C to +600°C. This robust, stainless steel probe is suitable for a variety of applications experiencing very high temperatures, such as monitoring of oven temperatures and core temperature of food products. This probe is also available with a 1.5m cable (PB-6006-1M5).
