General Guidelines1. Inspect the carton and cooler for evidence of rough handling and concealed damage. Damage should be filed with carrier.2. Read and follow all directions to prevent damage to the water cooler and to the user.3. Use only water. Do not use for storing coffee, tea or other beverages.4. Be sure the electric supply matches to the water cooler. Check out the water cooler's voltage by the specifications on the water cooler. NOTE: The appliance must be positioned so that the plug is accessible.5. Regular cleaning & sanitizing is advised to ensure satisfactory water quality and will help to keep the water cooler running efficiently and economically. 6. Periodically remove dirt and lint from the condenser on the back of the water cooler.7. Place the water cooler within reach of a suitable grounded electrical outlet.8. Water from hot faucet will be extremely hot and may scald. NOTE: Child proof faucets can be made available. The water cooler is difficult for children to use, but easy for adults to.(Contact your agent)9. Do not use the water faucets as handles to carry the water cooler. NOTE: This part of the water cooler may break and cause leaks if pulled by force.10. The recommended placement of the water cooler is indoors. Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture. Do not use bleach or any cleaning agents that may contain bleach or chlorine.13. The water bottle is heavy. NOTE: The water bottle filled would be 20kg(44lbs). It is highly recommended that seniors, children, patients do not lift up the water bottle to invert.14. If a gas leak occurs, please open windows for ventilation and contact your agent for immediate service.15. Drain all water before storing the cooler for extended periods of disuse.16. Any modifications to this device should be performed by a certified professional.17. A cup dispenser may be installed by using the mounting holes located near the top of the left and right sides of the water cooler. The cup dispenser comes equipped with a mounting bracket and screws.(Contact your agent)Cleaning Procedure1. Disconnect power supply cord.2. Open hot faucet until water is room temperature. CAUTION: Water from hot faucet is extremely hot and may cause burns.3. Remove water bottle from the water cooler.4. Open faucet to drain cold water.5. Open drain cap located on the back(or bottom) of the water cooler condenser to drain all water in hot tank. Close when hot tank is empty.6. Remove No-Spill Kit (if installed) and baffle parts in cold water tank.7. Both faucets can be disassembled by turning them counterclockwise.8. Wear disposable gloves when cleaning the water cooler.9. Wash the faucets, No-Spill Kit (if installed), baffle, drip tray and grid with mild soap and water. Then, rinse them with clean water immediately.10. Clean inside cold water tank with a clean dish towel. NOTE: Do not use bleach or any cleaning agents containing bleach or chlorine.11. Assemble drip tray and grid, both faucets, No-Spill Kit (if installed), and baffle.12. Pour clean water into cold water tank and open cold faucet to flush the entire the water cooler. - Repeat this step at least three times.13. Invert water bottle on top of cooler and open hot faucet in order to fill up hot water tank.(Hot & Cold model only)14. Open drain cap located on the condenser (or bottom) and drain water in hot tank.(Hot & Cold model only) - Repeat this step at least three times and close the drain cap at the end.15. Clean exterior of the water cooler with a clean towel.16. The black static condenser on the rear of the cooler should be cleaned with a small stiff non-wire brush.17. Follow Installation Procedure to operate the water cooler.Drain capHandling for the water cooler1. Do not locate your cooler where the environment would offer any risk of water contamination.2. The water cooler must be located on a floor which is smooth, level and easily cleaned.3. Do not locate the water cooler in direct sunlight.4. Do not locate the water cooler next to a radiator.5. Do not locate the water cooler within or directly adjacent to toilet facilities.6. Do not use the water cooler or water bottle as a shelf for plants of objects.7. Do not use sprays, mists or vapours around the water cooler.8. Do not put any other liquid other than water into the water cooler.9. Do not touch the nozzles of the faucets.10. Do not take water from the faucets if your hands are dirty.11. Do not lay the water cooler on its side.12. Do not leave the water cooler without a bottle fitted.13. Do not attempt to move the water cooler if there is a bottle in place.14. When properly installed the water cooler is electrically safe. Even so, do not locate the water cooler in constantly damp areas, beneath dripping pipes, or where water may collect underfoot.15. Keep areas around the water cooler free from dirt and rubbish.16. The out-case of water cooler should be cleaned using mild soap and water. Do not use bleach or any cleaning agents containing bleach or chlorine.Setting up the water cooler at your place1. Examine the packaging for signs of damage-report any damage to the carrier.2. Remove the carton from your water cooler-lie the water cooler on its side, cut open the tape sealing the bottom flaps of the carton and replace the water cooler in the upright position. Lift the carton from your water cooler.3. Remove the shipping bag from the water cooler.4. Carry out a general inspection of the water cooler, ensuring that: a) There are no marks or physical damage to the water cooler. b) That all accessories are present. c) That the faucets are tight and in an upright position. d) That all the wires and electrical connections are in place at the back of the water cooler. e) That the cold control is set to the medium cold position. f) That the hot water switch is in the "OFF" position. g) That the water cooler is clean and dust free.5. Sanitize the water cooler.6. Replace the shipping bag over the water cooler.7. Replace the carton over the top of the water cooler.8. The water cooler is now ready for transportation to the customer's place.Installing the water cooler at your customer's place1. Carry the water cooler in the upright position to the customer's place - use the handle at the back of the water cooler. Do not lift the water cooler by the faucets.2. At the customer's place, ensure that there are no marks or visible damage to the carton.3. Remove the water cooler from the carton.4. Remove the shipping bag from the water cooler.5. Carry out a general inspection of the water cooler, ensuring that: a) There are no marks or physical damage to the water cooler. b) That all accessories are present. c) That the faucets are tight and in an upright position. d) That all the wires and electrical connections are in place at the back of the water cooler. e) That the cold control is set to the medium cold position. f) That the hot water tank switch is in the "OFF" position. g) That the water cooler is clean and dust free.6. Place a bottle of water on top of the water cooler. As soon as the bottled is in place, ensure that the hot faucet is pressed open and the appropriate time is allowed until the hot tank is full - I.e. water flows out of the hot faucet and air stops going back into the bottle.7. Check that water flows through the cold faucet.8. Connect the water cooler to the electricity supply using the power cord.9. Switch on the hot tank and allow the water cooler to operate for 30 minutes. 10. Using a flash light, check through the back of the water cooler for water leaks.11. After the water cooler has operated for 30 minutes, check that there is hot water from the hot faucet and cold water from the cold faucet.12. Recheck the water cooler for water leaks.13. Ensure that the water cooler is in the customer's desired location, and that all the accessories are attached to the water cooler.General Guidelines1.
