The company name was eventually changed to Gravity Flow Systems, Inc. In 1978, we developed the high strength polyurethane media, currently known as the Wedgewater™ Filter Bed System, that is both structurally sound and more cost effective.

In the 1990’s, Gravity Flow Systems, Inc. was purchased by Aqua Care Systems, Inc. The assets of Gravity Flow Systems, Inc. were purchased by the current owners in September of 2000, and the name was changed to Gravity Flow Systems Southwest, Inc. In 2019 the company was moved to its current location in Leadville, Colorado and our manufacturing facilities are located in Denver.

We have the ability to provide order management, technical assistance, CAD design, and all other aspects necessary to supply the highest quality products, which the company has long been known for. We routinely work hand-in-hand with owners and engineers to provide the highest quality, best-performing equipment installations.
