From Quickscan to production ® • After each phase, there is a go / no-go decision. If we decide to continue the cooperation, the terms and conditions for the next phase will be mutually agreed and signed. Start-up and production Granuband Recycling ® CONCEPT - Proposal for assistance. Granuband can assist by providing know-how relating to the planning and erection of premises for the Production Plant and the Company by providing know-how in connection with the establishment and operation of the Production Plant and the marketing and sales of rubber granules. Assistance shall be provided on the terms and conditions set out below. 1.1 Granuband shall provide the technical project leader for the planning and erection of the granulation plant. 1.2 Granuband shall take the responsibility for the design, planning and layout drawings over the technical part of the plant. 1.3 Granuband shall at least provide one member with building knowledge in the building project group. 1.4 Granuband with its know-how shall recommend the manufacturers of the equipment and produce documents and drawings for the steering group as a ground for the decision of investments. 1.5 Granuband and (company-X) shall together negotiate with the manufacturers. 1.6 Granuband shall take the responsibility together with the plant manager for the daily basis with still have to be installed and be an active part in the erection of the technical part of the plant. 1.7 (company-X) shall provide the necessary assistance to the technical project leader and to the erection of the plant. 1.8 (company-X) shall provide the building project leader as well as the consultants needed for the architect, building layout, permissions and construction. 1.9 (company-X) shall take responsibility and be an active part in the erection of buildings and infrastructure 2.1 Granuband shall take the responsibility and take an active part in the start up procedures of the plant as well as educating and training together with the manufacture ( following the training program) of the involved personal until the plant is running proper. 2.2 (company-X) shall assist Granuband with the training and education of involved personal at the plant. 2.3 Granuband shall assist (company-X) with all function descriptions related to production and sales. To built the right team together. 3.1 Granuband shall take an active part and assist the joint-venture company with sales support and market know-how of the sales until the local sales organization is working proper and is self going. 3.2 Granuband shall if it is necessary educate ( following the training program) the sales staff in the joint-venture in, sales, pricing, customer demands, and business relations and so on, until the local sales staff has the knowledge to run the sales by its own. 3.3 Granuband shall frequently if necessary have sales planning meetings with the local sales organization.
