Cleaning Small SeedsCleaning small seeds, incl. poppy seeds, is a branch, where special machines are need to be used. The machines will ensure quality cleaning, high effectivity and low power consumption.l Poppy seeds separation runs on the pair of sieves. The upper sieve separates the salable poppy and the bottom sieve separates the unsalable pop-py. Pre-cleaned poppy leaves into the throughs.l The upper sieves aren´t cleaned, the bottom sieves are cleaned by rubber balls. This seems to be very effective – we get poppy for pharmacy and pre-cleaned poppy at the same time in one throughs.l The pre-cleaning machines PVT, PASR or KUT are used for the other crops.Poppy Seeds SeparationPoppy Seed Separator type PVTM 1020l The final cleaning runs on the Gravity Table Separators KPS , which sort the crops on the basis of the different specific weight. A huge amount of air is flowing under the large flat sieve. The air makes the seeds lighter . The desk can be inclined in two falts, perpendicular to each other. l While the machine is running, the vibration can be set. The cleaned product is finaly split into 6 factions according to the weight of particles. To get the high quality result, it is need to clean properly the crops before it comes on the pneumatic sorting table. l The cleaning effect is very high – more than 99,7%.Gravity Table SeparatorGravity Table Separator type KPS 2300l The cleaning machine KUTR is the next cleaning level. It cleans the seeds on the sieves with the air flow added. Above the sieves, there are air-chests which adjust the quantity of air. The sieves are easily changeable and are cleaned by rubber balls. The whole machine is easily cleaned.l The air going through the sieves unweights light impurities and prevents them to leave with cleaned product.The sieves and quantity of air can be combined, so the cleaning effect is very high – 99,5%.The machines can´t fully remove the quail-brush seeds from the poppy.
