GTS Meteorological Message Switch - Brochure

The GTS/WIS MSS system has full essential functions along with the WMO GTS/WIS as well as domestic networks in the country.  The system works as the information hub for the overall solution with effective and accurate data gathering, processing, dissemination and visualizing of meteorological data for the National Centers or Agencies. The system can also interface to various ground and  satellite observation & processing systems useful for forecasting and a reduction of critical natural disasters over the country level.
