Leave the Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) standing upright and outside of the box for at least 24 hours before plugging it in. The AWG may have been tilted or placed upside down during shipping. Leave the AWG standing upright for at least 24 hours so the oil in the compressor can settle from shipping. Not doing so can affect the performance and lifespan of the AWG.
