Procurement: In the whole procurement process, Procurement Control Procedures should be strictly implemented, more than three suppliers with basic conditions should be selected, and the verification of purchased materials should be strictly conducted and the importance of materials should be grasped.

Production process: strictly abide by the Production Process Control Procedure and Product Quality Responsibility System. During the production process, operators and quality inspection personnel conduct inspection according to the corresponding technological procedures and inspection procedures, and carefully perform self-inspection, mutual inspection, special inspection and corresponding records.

Warehousing inspection: Warehousing Procedures shall be strictly implemented for warehousing products; sampling, analysis and testing shall be conducted for each batch of products; unqualified products shall be handled according to Control Procedures for Unqualified Products.

After-sales service: strictly abide by the Service Management Procedures, fill in the after-sales Report within one day after the after-sales personnel arrive at the site, confirm the reasons for product quality, implement the general manager accountability system, determine the warehousing time based on product batches, investigate the monitoring, analysis and production personnel.
