In bulk and powder processing angular constructions are often preferred for sheet metal bending parts such as chutes, slides, funnels or shafts. In many industries, the corners in those components are a constant issue for the maintenance crew since material build- up has to be cleaned regularly. Polyurethane products are casted parts and can therefore be formed in any geometry without causing special costs for a certain angle, corner or rounding.
