Our products, which we have been developing, producing and constantly advancing technically for decades, offer our customers an ingenious way to realize an even more responsible use of resources. We help to ensure that new products are created from waste materials that are normally disposed of in a costly and environmentally harmful manner, so that only a fraction of the transportation of these materials pollutes our roads and our environment.

Long before ecology became a ubiquitous buzzword, it was already the mission in our company that has made us one of the most innovative suppliers in our market worldwide. Just as we have always attached great importance to environmentally friendly production, we will continue to consistently pursue this path and in the near future build a modern plant near our current location that will enable us to be almost self-sufficient and sustainable in our energy supply.

Heger-Engineering - Performance „Made in Germany“.

Heger-Engineering sees itself as a problem solver for the diverse requirements of the recycling industry. In addition to the continuous optimization of existing machines and systems, a highly qualified, dynamic team also develops tailor-made special applications for the industry.

Development, design, processing, assembly and the final test run take place exclusively in the company`s own production facilities. This guarantees the high quality standard with which the name Heger is associated worldwide.

Production in the technology hub of Baden-Württemberg.

At Heger, "Made in Germany" stands for the self-imposed obligation to produce as far as possible at the company location. For outsourced production, the company works closely with modern subcontractors in the immediate vicinity. The sourced components also come almost exclusively from regional suppliers.

Quality as a corporate philosophy.

The focus of all processes at Heger is on durability and safety. As a result, Heger has long since established a solid position in the market. With Heger, large, medium-sized and small businesses get more machine for their money. A higher throughput coefficient and optimized operational reliability pay off. Multi-award-winning innovative strength.

Innovative engineering, improved processes and outstanding quality are recognized. In 2007, Heger GmbH & Co. KG received the "Innovation Prize of the State of Baden-Württemberg - Dr. Rudolf Eberle Prize" for the development of its pioneering compaction concept. The prize committee was particularly impressed by the fully automatic density control (ADC) with programmable target speed: Heger`s innovation makes an important contribution to the efficient, gentle and at the same time extremely economical recycling of foamed plastics.

In 2006, the enormous efficiency of its recycling systems earned the company the special award for the skilled trades from the Financial Association of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken in Baden-Württemberg.
