The Mini-Pleat Technology is often used for pleat optimization as the uniform pleat spacing provides a higher media utilization over the filter lifetime. The glue beads are placed strategically throughout the pleats of the filter cartridge, to avoid pinching or collapsing of the pleats. This also gives a higher dust holding capacity and lower pressure drop on less area of media, and exposes as much media as possible to the airstream. The Mini-Pleat Technology can be applied at any given media type within the our range.
