The unit transports difficult-to-convey solidsfrom large pellets to sub-micron powders such as: pigments, titaniumdioxide, fragile particles and products containing moisture, oil, fat andother additives that can cause materials to cake under slight pressure orfrictional heat.The enclosed conveyor tube prevents product and plant contamination,and enables products to maintain moisture and temperature levels, whilethe gentle rolling action of the inner spiral prevents the separation ofblends. The rugged inner screw is the only moving part contactingmaterial, resulting in reduced maintenance and increased reliability.BEV-CON™ high capacity conveyors are available in stationaryconfigurations (shown) and as mobile units, designed, constructed and finished to industrial, food, (3-A) dairy andpharmaceutical standards.
