HITEMA SCREW COMPRESSORS SOLUTIONS

Hitema standard Series NOVA, NOVAF, DTS, DTSF, ISV & ISVF SERIES are aircooled liquid chillers, designed for industrial use and for outdoor installation. These chillers are designed for applications that require reliability, continuity of operation, high performance and reduced management costs.

All the models are equipped with shell and tube evaporator (that ensures reliable operation in particular with liquids containing impurities), electronic expansion valve and charged with R134a; R513A and R1234ze. Moreover is possible to equip pump (WP o DP options) in most of the units, but for the best hydraulic solution check our Hydromodules series to be combined with the chiller.

With the wide range of cooling capacity up to 2136kW it is possible to satisfy all Customer demands. The chillers of NOVA and NOVAF series are provided with two refrigerant circuits or three refrigerant circuits (only F24 models) with one screw compressor per circuit, each able to work with partition steps 50%-75%-100% of load. With this units there are several configuration possibilities: ECO configuration with economizer, HE for high efficiencies, M1 compressor motor for high ambient temperature and NE.M1 for high water and ambient temperature. The chillers of ISV and ISVF series are provided with one (models 300÷520), two (models 600÷1390) refrigerant circuits with one VSD screw compressor per circuit that ensure high efficiency also at partial load.

The degree of electrical protection is IP54 for all the models. All the units are tested at the Hitema production site before the shipment to ensure to the Customers the best performances, reliability and continuity of operation. It is recommended to install a suitable filter on the unit water inlet side.
