The impulse bar sealers are ideal for sealing thermoplastic polymer films and aluminium laminate films, compostable and biodegradable materials such as ORGANIXprotect, as well as for sealing medical packaging in accordance with ISO 11607-1 (EN 868-4/5/9/10). The process is validation-compatible in accordance with the requirements of ISO 11607-2. The machines are designed for high volumes in multi-shift operation. The housing is made from stainless steel and is suitable for use in clean-room environments (special models on request). The sealers are available in bar widths of 450, 630, 770, 960 and 1,160 mm (18, 25, 30, 38 and 46 inches).
