HSLIS e-Series - Particle Counter - Operations Manual

These High Sensitivity Liquid In Situ Monitors (HSLIS) sample DI water or process chemicals to measure the presence of particles. These instruments use laser illumination with a high resolution optical system, collecting particle-scattered light over the range of angles ± 40°. Sizing is accomplished in situ by means of pulse height analysis (PHA) of the scattered light. An HSLIS e-Series particle counter is normally used with an Ethernet connection to Facility Net1 software running on a PC. The particle counter can also output 4-20 mA signals to PLC and SCADA systems.
