In August 1993, Chairman and President Wang Zhaolian, along with two other young men, decided to start a business and borrowed 10,000 RMB to get started.

Quality is the lifeblood of an enterprise, and innovation is the core driving force of its development. While focusing on independent innovation, the company has established long-term industry-academia-research cooperation with institutions such as the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of High Energy Physics, RWTH Aachen University in Germany, and Shandong University. It has successively undertaken three projects under the National "Twelfth Five-Year" Science and Technology Support Program, including "1.5T Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging Superconducting Magnet," "5T Low-Temperature Superconducting Magnetic Separator," and "High-Gradient Magnetic Separator with Vertical Ring." Additionally, it has completed over 50 projects, including national key new product development, the National Torch Program, and Shandong Province Science and Technology Development Program. 41 products have been appraised at the provincial and ministerial levels, with 15 new products, such as "Low-Temperature Superconducting Iron Remover" and "Large-Scale Intelligent High-Gradient Magnetic Separator with Vertical Ring," reaching international leading levels. The company has led or participated in drafting 23 national and industry standards, including "General Technical Conditions for Electromagnetic Stirrers" and "Forced Oil-Cooled High-Gradient Magnetic Separator with Vertical Ring." It has applied for and been granted 217 national invention patents, with 5 invention patents, including the High-Gradient Magnetic Separator with Vertical Ring, applied for international invention patents through the international PCT route in more than 50 countries. The company holds 15 registered software copyrights and has received 92 scientific and technological awards at the provincial (ministerial) and municipal levels, as well as 6 China Patent Excellence Awards.
