Hydroscreen has developed a family of products to treat urban runoff for the elimination of debris, floating organic contaminants and bacteria. The products make use of the proven efficiencies and self-cleaning operation of tilted wire coanda wedge wire screens. The devices can be utilized in structures such as parking garages, for runoff from impermeable areas feeding detention ponds, and in street curb inlet drainage structures. The devices incorporate organic absorbing material, activated carbon (if required) and antimicrobial material. The unique debris separation and large storage capacity permit the devices to remain operational long after others have plugged and become dysfunctional.
