The management system of the company is participatory and transversal, promoting the responsibility of all personnel involved in all areas of company management.

The involvement of the Company’s Management in its achievement is decisive and therefore helps to generate the cross-cutting characteristic of the policies in general of CSR and in particular of Calvo Sealing.

For this reason, the activities of the company are oriented to a vocation of continuity and permanence, good work and employment practices, special care of our clients, compliance with legislation and sensitivity in respect for the environment.

As very specific characteristics that make up part of the DNA of the company, we can mention fostering teamwork, transparency in both permanent communication and decision-making, maintaining a family environment that obeys our origins.

We also care about the environment and try to carry all our production in a sustainable and respectful way with the limited resources of nature. We also contribute to the circular economy, so we take advantage of all the waste generated, which is managed and reused by a recycling company.
