IFAI JAPAN PRODUCT SHOWCASE At the IFAI Japan Forum | Thursday, July 17, 2014| KKR Hotel Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan   You are invited to introduce your products to Japanese industry peers at IFAI Japan Forum. This will be a great opportunity for you to market your products in Japan and in Asia.  BENEFITS to be a PRESENTER: › You will have the chance to make a presentation to introduce your products related to specialty fabrics to about 50 members from all over Japan who are most targeted to your industry.     › You will be entitled to have a desktop display of your products/samples at the Reception room where you can meet and talk with the audience personally and build a network with Japanese industry people. › You will be entitled to ask IFAI Japan to make special arrangements to meet with particular companies while the presenters are in Japan.   FEES: › Presentation fees including desk top display at Reception:   IFAI Japan member – FREE   Non IFAI Japan member - ¥30,000 per presentation     (or $400 if paid in US dollar) › Reception registration fees:     IFAI Japan member – ¥10,000 per person     (or $133 if paid in US dollar)   Non IFAI Japan member – ¥15,000 per person     (or $200 if paid in US dollar)   *Buffet Reception will follow the presentation showcase. It is     recommendable to attend reception where you can exhibit     your products on desktop and network with your audience. › Payment is to be done by wire transfer (yen or USD), or credit card (USD) by June 30.     › IFAI Japan will provide audio visual equipment for making presentations.    The Presentation file is to be sent to IFAI Japan before July 10, 2014. › Travel and transportation of display items to the venue is responsibility of the presenter(s).    IFAI Japan will help with hotel reservations and offer travel/transportation assistance upon request.    If there are costs associated with any travel/transportation related assistance not covered in this notice, it would be passed on to the presenter at cost. › Presentation is to be in Japanese or in any language with Japanese verbal translation.    Upon request, IFAI Japan will arrange an impromptu interpreter for the presentation and/or the following reception.    The interpreter fee will be charged to the presenter(s).     › Cancellation after June 13 will be charged ¥30,000 (or $400) as cancellation fees. › The plan is subject to change without notice. IFAI JAPAN FORUM: Date: Thursday, July 17, 2014 3:30 – 3:35 p.m.  Opening   Product showcase 3:35 – 4:00 p.m.    Presentation A 4:00 – 4:25 p.m.    Presentation B 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.  Reception with Japanese industry peers and desktop display VENUE: KKR Hotel Tokyo http://www.kkr-hotel-tokyo.gr.jp/english 1-4-1, Otemachi,   Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0004 Japan Phone: +81-3-3287-2921 Application deadline:   June 13, 2014 (Japan time) › IFAI Japan Board of Directors has the right to select the presenters from the applicants. › Names of presenters will be provided by June 16 to applicants. Please  contact  Kikuko  Tagawa,  Executive Director, IFAI Japan for details.     E-mail: ifaijapan@ifai.com Phone: +81-72-780-2803 Fax: +81-72-772-7376 To: IFAI Japan Fax: +81 72 772 7376 Email: ifaijapan@ifai.com IFAI Japan Product Showcase Application form ?
