To meet your needs, US Peroxide offers two types of inventory management options: ChemWatch™ - This is our computer-controlled remote inventory monitoring system that utilizes an integrated telemetery/ controller device to monitor tank levels and control pump output for efficient inventory management. The controller pump can be customized by either a programmed dose profile or an external process signal. We recommend this option for longer duration projects. Manual - Inventory service is controlled and managed by you through contact with USP’s Customer Service. Your employees are responsible for reading product levels and requesting deliveries. We recommend this inventory management option for short duration projects. RAPID RESPONSE PROGRAM US Peroxide (USP) is uniquely positioned to rapidly respond to your environmental treatment challenges. USP combines experienced applications and equipment field support with a large inventory of storage systems and pumping modules to respond quickly to time sensitive water and wastewater treatment situations. Examples of where our Rapid Response Program has successfully addressed treatment challenges include the following: Temporary application of H2O2 as a source of supplemental dissolved oxygen in biological treatment systems during periods of excessive BOD loading H2O2 pretreatment of high strength wastewater to reduce toxicity or BOD/COD prior to biological treatment Emergency H2O2 treatment of lagoons or ponds to control H2S and other odors Shock cleaning of cooling water systems for biofouling and slime control ????????????? Due to our considerable inventory of tank and pump systems as well as our partnerships with leading chemical suppliers, we currently maintain access to the most comprehensive supply and distribution network in North America. As a result, we can deliver in a timely manner to almost any location in the United States and Canada. Our goal is to respond to your water and wastewater treatment needs within 24 hours. (Initial response, mobilization and delivery lead time will depend on location and equipment availability). ? Products Hydrogen peroxide products offered to our Rapid Response customers include standard, technical and EPA registered anti-microbial grades of hydrogen peroxide. These grades can be supplied in 50%, 35% and 27% concentrations. In addition, we offer a range of iron salts, acids and bases and the equipment and field support to effectively and safely apply these chemical technologies. ?????????????????????????????????Our dosing pump modules are designed and fabricated with required safety relief devices and are passivated to ensure product quality and system safety. We will match the appropriate pump skid to your application based upon its specific process requirements. The metering pump(s) will be sized to meet the required dosage rates. A gravity feed may also be utilized with approved drop trailer applications.
