All INSIGNUM Series machines can be used offline or inline. A suitable laser can be integrated for any required application so that it is possible to mark any hard material, whether it is metal, plastic, or ceramic. A CO2-laser or fiber-laser is integrated as standard.The INSIGNUM 1000 is the entry-level machine in the INSIGNUM Series and is equipped with an optional manually adjustable laser assembly. A manual drawer system is included as a stan-dard with the possibility to integrate a conveyor and a flip-station. The INSIGNUM 2000 is the high speed model in the series which can mark with a cycle time of up to 20 codes per 15 seconds (incl. handling and verification). A flip station can be integrated for double sided marking and an underside laser can be installed for even more speed. INSIGNUM 3000 is a midrange model which can be used as a complete stand-alone marking system with integrated PCB loading and unloading. It is possible to mark large PCBs up to 508 x 508 mm. The high-end system in the series is the INSIGNUM 4000, which exhibits the highest precision at an impressive cycle time of less than 4.8 seconds per DMC (including handling).
