IOI Statutes & Rules of Procedure 2015 - Brochure

These Rules of Procedure (hereinafter referred to as "Rules") are developed in application of the Statutes of the International Ocean Institute (hereinafter referred to as IOI) and are subject to the provision of that Statutes. In the event of any conflict between any provisions specified by (he Rules and any provisions of the Statutes, the Statutes shall prevail. These regulations may be amended by the Governing Board.
