ISO 9001 - Through this accreditation we have benefited from performance improvement leading to a better brand positioning and customer satisfaction.

Food Safety

SQF - (safe quality food) certification: Through this accreditation we have implemented a systematic process for control of food quality hazards as well as food safety at every development and manufacturing steps.

HACCP - Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point: Through this accreditation food safety is addressed by the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards.

IMS - Interstate Milk Shippers : Through this accreditation we ensure all actions for equipment cleanliness, plant construction and design, potential raw material cross-contamination and employee Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP`s) are in place.

ISO 14001 - Through this accreditation we set out the criteria for our environmental management system and promote sustainable development. We go further than mere regulatory compliance, we want to mobilize our employees around environmental values that are increasingly important as well as being a source of innovation in the plastic industry.

Environmental Policy - Environmental preservation and protection are fundamental values for IPL, a leading North American manufacturer of injection-molded plastic products for various sectors of the manufacturing industry.
In keeping with our mission, fundamental values, and other corporate policies, IPL undertakes to take the following measures to minimize the environmental impact of its operations, manufacturing processes, products, and services:

Prevent pollution (water, air, soil, etc.).
Comply with legal regulations (municipal, provincial, and federal) and other requirements.
Maximize implementation of recovery systems, and recycle, rather than dispose of, material and manufactured products, both internally and externally.
Raise awareness and train IPL staff and partners about environmental protection by holding them accountable.

Security

C-TPAT - Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism: Through this program, Customs and Border Protection works with the trade community to strengthen international supply chains and improve United States border security. The main benefits of the program are shorter wait times at the border and eligibility for other U.S. and Government pilot programs such as the Food and Drug Administration’s Secure Supply Chain program.
