The ITS team is honored to have been awarded Patents for ingenuity in process dryers, airflow circulation, and product transfer applications.

International Thermal Systems was established when three recognized and distinguished manufacturers in the heat processing, finishing, metal decorating and washing industries merged; Industrial Heat Enterprises International (IHEI), Oven Systems Incorporated (OSI), LTG Technologies, Inc. and Continental Equipment Corporation.

The team at ITS is made of 100 dedicated employees in Milwaukee and Shanghai. Our team is a strong combination of tenured engineers, supervisors and assemblers, along with new employees who implement ideas that keep ITS on top of the latest technology in the industry. A key initiative for management is to make ITS “The Place to Work” and they have developed a Continuous Improvement program, a Employee Benefits committee and hold monthly meetings to update everyone on the state of the business at ITS. The goal at ITS is continued growth and we strive daily towards that goal for the benefit of our employees.
