Using the KA-TE COMPACT system reha-bilitation ? rms are now able to carry out their work at dif? cult-to-access sites or in con? ned factory halls. This system with a complete range of functions for the KA-TE grinding and ? ller robots and the KA-TE shield injection system can also be inte-grated into existing vehicles.The KA-TE COMPACT system is equipped with a robot cable and an 85 metre hy-draulic hose package and has the complete functionality of the tried-and-tested KA-TE Sprinter system. It is operated using a mobile control board with an integrated keypad that is connected to a 15» f lat screen.The KA-TE COMPACT system includes hy-draulic unit, cable drum, compressor, (250 litre) water tank, water pump, electrics as well as an extendable and swivel crane housed inside its own inherently stable steel frame. The frame is ? tted with tracks for transport by fork lift. The system can be transported directly by crane to the application area with the help of a hook and is ready for use on site straightaway.The KA-TE COMPACT system can also be ? xed into any type of vehicle for use on site. It is very simple to assemble. The system is secured to the ? oor of the vehicle by screws while the connection to the control board is by means of a cable. This is characterised by very high per-formance, even in permanent operation and an extremely robust construction. The hydraulic drive of the robot system guarantees a high permanent power and a reliable function, even in hot and cold conditions.KA-TE grinding robotsVarious grinding, sanding and brush attachments enable a very extensive and ? exible range of use: from milling off deposits, fragmentation with encroaching edges, root penetration, in? ows encroaching from the side and other obstacles as far as opening the in? ows laid with hose liners. The front of completely closed sewers can be ground free. It is also possible to remove steel tie bolts, reinforcement steels or encroaching cast iron junctions.Can be used with:• KA-TE grinding robot 150/300• KA-TE grinding robot 250/600KA-TE ? ller robotKA-TE ? ller robots enable the partial repair of points of damage and the rehabilitation of connections in the sewer pipelines DN 150 to DN 800.
