Biotrickling systems are used to rid air streams of odorous substances without the use of dangerous chemicals. These systems are primarily used to remove hydrogen sulfide odors. KCH designs and manufactures turnkey biotrickling systems that can acheive removal efficiencies greater than 99% on Hydrogen Sulfide.  The systems use a non hazardous nutrient instead of potentially dangerous chemicals used in wet scrubbers. The inorganic media used to house the biological microorganisms can last for up to 10 years, making it a low-cost, low-maintenance system. KCH biotrickling systems can be constructed from our durable POLYSTRONG™ and POLYLAST™ corrosion resistant materials, and are structurally design for high wind loading applications.
