Ejector Press Blade moves to front of Upper Deck & materials are raised to Upper Deck.Ejector Press Blade moves back to its press position.Materials are pushed and pressed during its rearwards movement.With the Ejector Press Blade back to its press position materials are now pressed to the rear of the Upper Deck Compartment.Steps 1 to 4 are repeated.More materials are loaded via the Charge Compartment and pressed backwards on the Upper Deck.When no more materials can be loaded (or the round is complete) the Upper Deck’s content are discharged via the Rear Door.Rear Door is now fully open.The Ejection Press Blade discharges the pressed materials from the Upper Deck.High volume, low density plastics and cans are loaded from both sides of the Upper Deck Charge Compartment.The interlocked loading hatches must be closed, ensuring operator safety, whilst materials in the Charge Compartment are raised to Upper Deck level before being automatically pressed to the rear of the Upper Deck Compartment by the Ejector Press Blade.Mounted at the rear of the vehicle, the Card Press Unit controls ensure safe, easy and foolproof operation of the manual and automatic operation modes.The Rear Door Card Collection/Press System allows the collection of high volumes of card, reducing material volume as it collects thanks to the intelligent Auto Press Cycle.
