Kimplas Crimp Type PE-Brass Transition Fittings (Conventional TF) consists brass metal body threaded at one end and PE sleeve integrally merged with the body at the other end. The Transition Fittings are manufactured in PE100 grade pipe sleeves that are suitable to weld SDR 9 through SDR 21 or PN 6 through PN 16 pipes with an intermediate EF socketed fitting. For exact recommendation on compatibility for welding, refer Kimplas Technical Specification Manual. Kimplas TF Electrofusion fittings are suitable for permanently connecting service connection PE80 and PE 100 pipes, both in straight as well as coil form.
