KLC Evaporator Destimat LE Vacuum Distillation with Natural Circulation and Vapor Compression - Product Sheet

The waste water evaporation machine operates on the basis of thermal waste water treatment using vacuum. The nonvolatile residue substances are left as a concentrate and the produced vapors are condensed and then discharged out of the machine as pure distillate. The DESTIMAT® LE operates on the basis of the natural circulation principle with specific use of heat and circulation in a vertical tubular heat-exchanger. The water and steam phases are separated in a cyclon separator to increase turbulence and to obtain vapor and distillate with the best possible quality. The feed to the machine is preheated the of discharging distillate in a preliminary heat-exchanger and is then fed into a vertical shell and tube/heat-exchanger.
