Established in 1957, KnitMesh restructured its commercial activities in 2007 to separate its knitted mesh and flame arrester businesses and KnitMesh Technologies and Elmac Technologies were formed.

Offering state-of-the-art knitting and research & development capabilities, KnitMesh Technologies provides diverse knitted mesh solutions for some of the most challenging technical problems. These include general mesh products, vibration control, sound attenuation, industrial & catering cleaning equipment, sealing for harsh environments, the filtering of liquids and gases as well as EMI/RFI shielding.

Our wired mesh products are bespoke, manufactured from a wide range of metallic, mineral or man-made raw materials and then processed to deliver the specific properties of our customers’ applications.
