Teflon lined static mixers and Kynar lined static mixers are used for applications where harsh chemicals need to be mixed without pipeline corrosion. When mixing harsh and aggressive chemicals, there is a need for corrosion-resistant inline static mixers. Komax Systems has Komax corrosion-resistant Teflon lined mixers & Kynar lined mixers used for mixing concentrated acid or other aggressive chemicals. Available in standard 1″-24″ diameter sizes as standard items. The inline static mixers are available with both schedule 40 carbon steel & 316L S.S. housings. Teflon mixing elements are 25% glass-filled for added strength. All wetted surfaces are Teflon or Kynar (as specified).
