LCDM Patented DBAR Adjustable Cushion Box

DBAR Adjustable Cushion Box: Our advanced DBAR cushion box is transforming the bulk material handling industry. Our patented design significantly reduces grain damage and helps to prevent cross-contamination.
Full Flow Valves: LCDM’s innovative valve design does not inhibit grain flow, which helps to prevent costly plugging and leaking. Available styles include manually operated, gear drive, electrically actuated and pneumatic versions.
Flow Retarders: We offer both welded seam and vertical inline flow retarders designed for long spout runs. Our retarders provide the unique ability to cushion the grain, resulting in enhanced quality.
Slide Gates: Our slide gates feature a laminated rack and pinion, zinc plated cold rolled wheels that include an oil-impregnated bushing to prevent seizing, and a dust seal kit to minimize and eliminate leakage.
Adjustable Elbows: You’ll find adjustable elbows in a wide variety of sizes, gauges and configurations and with multiple liner material options such as blue urethane and ceramic tile.
Spouting: Our product selection includes various square and round galvanized spouting solutions.
Distributors: LCDM custom fabricates flat back and full round grain distributors for the most demanding grain handling operations.

Magnetic Repair Patch: Fix any metal pipe, trough or chute with our magnetic repair patch for grain handling systems. Our patches adhere to any smooth, clean surface and fit pipes with a diameter between 4 and 20 inches. They also contain high-quality galvanized outer linings with the option to include nitrile or urethane inner liners.
Dust Suppression Hopper: Our dust suppression hopper can help make your productive environment healthier and happier. This hopper is a grain loading spout that removes air from your product to increase your loading efficiency.
Silo Level Monitoring Systems: When you want to maintain an accurate knowledge of your inventory levels, you need a silo level monitoring system. With this rugged product, you’ll be able to continuously see how much inventory you have on hand whenever you need to know.
Sump Saver: Moisture can be detrimental to your stored product. Our sump saver breaks up clumped or frozen grain to facilitate safer and more efficient grain flow.
