LISST-PORTABLE Portable Particle Size Analyzer ? Particle Size Distribution ? Particle Volume Concentration The LISST-PORTABLE is a battery powered portable bench-top particle size analyzer developed for use in the field or in the laboratory. Using the same small-angle laser scattering principles as other LISST products, the LISST-PORTABLE analyzes the sample in a wet-state and obtains particle size distribution and particle volume concentration. The LISST- PORTABLE has two unique features: One is the pumped mixing chamber designed for keeping the largest particles suspended. The other is the touch panel display that allows for easy programming as well as display of data. The measured data are processed immediately and stored in a downloadable ASCII file – no post-processing of the data is necessary to obtain size distribution, mean size or other parameters necessary for describing the particle size distribution. Compact, lightweight, and housed in a moisture tight, shock resistant case, the LISST-PORTABLE is built for the rigors of field use. ?? LISST-PORTABLE Portable Particle Size Analyzer FEATURES ??
