The EPOCH Chemical Stockroom Module is software component that interfaces to the Chemical Inventory module to receive, store and check-out bulk or containerized chemicals to a work location and/or job. The Stockroom software is one of several ways EPOCH users can track chemicals from receipt through use or disposal. Stockroom is connected to the Chemical Inventory module and can be used as part of a comprehensive chemical tracking system when combined with other EPOCH Modules. Integration The Chemical Stockroom Module is integrated with several other EPOCH Modules, including: Chemical Inventory: Stockroom uses the Chemical Master file for verifying chemical products being received, stored and used. Also, Stockroom uses the Facility file to track chemicals by location. The inventory entries automatically update the Chemical Inventory transaction file. MSDS: From within the Chemical Stockroom Module, view the MSDS in full text or image form. Shop floor workers can select from a list of chemicals in their work area. 313 Form R / Mass Balance: Chemical Inventory transaction file is used to automatically determine which materials have exceeded the Form R thresholds for amount manufactured, processed or otherwise used. Standard Reports The Chemical Stockroom Module offers several standard reports. All reports have menus that allow you to specify the report parameters before printing. Reports may be directed to the screen, printer, or file formats: RTF, PDF, HTML or Excel. Pending Receiving Dock Transactions – Containers received and awaiting move transaction to storeroom(s). Current Storeroom Inventory – Listing by location then chemicals with details including; name, quantity, shelf location, shelf life expiration and more. New Products in a Stockroom – Lists all chemicals that are present for the first time in a stockroom. Report is run by date location and date range. Chemical Shelf Life Expiring – Displays chemicals by location and calculates days of shelf life remaining.
