Dosing devices for aggressive gases and fluids / Dosing devices for gasses / Systems of Vacuum regulators System of vacuum regulators series M 20 RC General: The M 20 RC System of Vacuum Regu-lators is designed for dosing gas chlorine and with minor alterations also for other gases, working on the indirect vacuum principle. The M 20 RC System consists of an M 20 C vacuum regulatorwith dosing valve and an M 300 C ejector. Dosing can be set manually by means of the dosing valve on the regulator. It starts or stops when the ejector pump switches on or off . In case of automatic dosing of gas chlori-ne the dosing valve on the regulator is replaced by a plug. An automatic dosing valve which is controlled by a microprocessor is now installed. The regulator thus serves only as an intermediary piece between the pressure and the vacuum side of the system. It is very simple to mount vacuum regu-lators. However, planning and installation of the devices must be done by qualified experts. Consideration must be given to the world, European and Slovene standards in order to ensure safe and faultless operation. An authori-zed service must overhaul the system once a year. 1.
