Master Bushing Hinged Type Pin Drive - Brochure

Hinged type pin drive Master Bushing for 37Y2" -49Y2" Rotary Table is as per API-7K specification for drilling operations. With the help of Insert Bowls, it is capable to handle Drill Collar, Tubings and Casing rangingfrom 2-3/8" to 1 3-3/8" up to a load of 500 ton. It can be removed from the rotary table to pass large diameter bit and pipe connections directly through the Rotary table and it has all the performance features of a solid master bushing. It is used with optional insert bowl no. 1,2 or 3 to handle different sizes of tubular. The Master Bushing (Model: ABMB 3750) will get locked into the rotary table with its latch. Locking latches are provided to lock the bowls into the bushing. Master Bushing is also equipped with retainer pins to preventthem from falling out when the hinges are opened.
