Since 2001, US Water Systems was born of faith and necessity in Mark and Patty Timmons’ garage.

From the start, we have been doing things a bit differently. Using his wholesale connections, Mark Timmons began to build a line of US Water Systems water softeners, water filters, and reverse osmosis systems and sell them on the web. It seems like a simple concept now, but we broke the mold of the brick-and-mortar water companies and found a way to sell directly to you, the end-user.

Today, US Water Systems is a woman and minority-owned family business enterprise. The values and family-owned atmosphere are a key component to the success we have seen over the years. When you become our customer, you are treated like family. We’ve come a long way from our humble beginnings of building water systems in a garage, but we aim to treat you like we never left.
