It can be used for any method requiring accurate volume measurement of low sample rates, typically 0.3 to 4 liters per minute. The console features a small lightweight dry gas meter fitted with an optical encoder and resetable digital volume totalizer. The internal diaphragm pump is corrosion resistant and rated for up to 6 liters per minute free flow. The gas meter temperature, and up to five remote temperatures, are measured with Type-K thermocou-ples and displayed with a digital temperature display (LED). Three digital temperature controllers are standard for accurately maintaining probe and filter temperatures and auxiliary heater temperature (when applicable). The source sampler console is housed in a sturdy lightweight vented aluminum cabinet featuring all stainless steel hardware and three carrying handles.
