In his early career, Ron gained 12 years experience at Jarvis Clark (now Sandvik) as manager of custom and R&D projects while building over 1500 units.

To date, Ron has obtained over 40 years of underground mining experience.

Ron`s first shop opened in 1980 in a home garage, it was crowded, but efficient. In 1983 Ron loaded the Mine Kart on his homemade boat trailer and traveled to mines to demo and sell it. A detailed list of Miller Technology Inc. achievements are written below.

1992 Developed Easy Rider Mine Kart with suspension
1994 Opened sales office in Sudbury Ontario
1995 Developed Triple 4ce multi-functional utility carrier

1995 CWB W47.1 Certification of plant “Canadian Welding Bureau”
1995 Created “RHM Equipment Sales and Service” industrial division for local area

2004 Developed the “Miller Lifter” to handle recloser
