In 1971, RWV was founded as a joint venture between Mitsui & Company, Ltd. and Toyo Valve Company, Ltd. of Japan. By forging these two companies together, RED-WHITE VALVE CORP. grew from two relatively small companies into an internationally valued supplier of valves and related products to the Plumbing, Commercial, Industrial and HVAC markets.

In 2003, RED-WHITE VALVE CORP. was acquired by Valvoindustria Ing. Rizzio (VIR) of Italy. Renowned for their fifty years of manufacturing the best bronze and brass valves in the world, VIR added to RWV the ability to supply our customers the highest quality products with the industries best brand name.
