Rooted in our Values, the Oetiker Code of Conduct outlines the accepted global standards for professional business conduct for employees, business partners, suppliers, and anyone who conducts business with Oetiker. It serves as a summary of the basic rules that guide day-to-day decision-making and specifies the behaviors we expect particularly from our leaders and our employees. It also provides the foundation for detailed company policies and local procedures.

Oetiker SpeakUp is a communication tool that empowers employees, business partners, and suppliers, to speak up if they witness undesired or unethical behavior that is inconsistent with our values and our Code of Conduct.

Corporate Social Responsibility
We are committed to making a positive impact in the communities where our employees live and where we operate. Activities are coordinated by volunteers at each of our sites.

Diversity and Equality
Diversity and Equality (D&E) are commonly considered to be one of the three parts of Sustainability (ESG: Economic, Social and Governance). With our D&E efforts, we are actively working towards equality for all.

Environmental Sustainability
Oetiker does its part in reducing our overall carbon footprint, continually improving the environment in the communities we work and live. The Environmental focus from the Sustainability Initiative was started and focuses on continuous improvement of our environmental management system.
