Optimized design for a high efficacy and long durability

The optimised design and robust construction of our containers, which are geared to the rough handling in waste disposal, offer the user high efficiency and a long service life.

To be able to guarantee this promise, all products are regularly tested and approved for quality, safety and in consideration of the relevant DIN standards. It goes without saying that our large refuse containers comply with the EN840-2 and -3/6 standards and our depot containers with the requirements of noise protection class 1. The conformity of our FUB 1.7 – 7.5 and UB 2.5 – 7.0 is confirmed by the DEKRA certificates of DIN EN12574-1.

Company and quality policy

The declared aim of IVB Umwelttechnik GmbH is to fulfil the needs and expectations of our customers in the field of waste container construction while maintaining a high level of economic efficiency.

Customer requirements are taken up, expertly checked for feasibility and fulfilled to the satisfaction of our customers with high quality products.

The managing directors understand quality consciousness to mean offering the customer products of the highest functionality, safety and reliability, as well as delivering on time and in accordance with the contract.

The management ensures that the QMS can achieve its intended results. Unwanted effects are prevented as far as possible or at least reduced to a minimum. Errors in the system are systematically investigated with the aim of achieving continuous improvement of the management system.

Top management ensures that all legal and other requirements to which the company has committed itself are met.

Top management is committed to planning measures to deal with risks and opportunities in a targeted manner. It initiates the necessary activities for integration into the management system and ensures their implementation. The planning includes the way in which the effectiveness of this measure is evaluated.

The professional competence, the experience of our employees and market analyses are the basis for the satisfaction of our customers.

At IVB Umwelttechnik GmbH, all quality-relevant measures are coordinated and fit into the operational process.

As quality-assuring activities, creativity in development work, the planning of all necessary measures prior to order processing, the further development of the PPS and the systematic monitoring of all production processes are always in the foreground.

The intention of these measures is an optimised company organisation as well as the effective definition of responsibilities and accountability, with the result of an increase in the internal transparency of all organisational processes and the continuous improvement of quality and performance. All employees of our company are thus motivated to contribute to quality assurance.
