Cassette filter PFMG-10 is designed for separation of dust from industrial processes, where there are very high demands on reliability and low dust emissions. PFMG-10 is a pulse cleaned fabric filter for separation of dust from air and gasses. The filter is designed to operate continously and with a high filtration velocity. The filter is available as a silo-filter, or with dust hoppers in two types. The filter has a filtration area of 21.2 - 127 m2, and a flow area of 0.35 - 7.0 m3/s. The filter units are cleaned by means of short ”pulses” of compressed air. The compressed air briefly expands the filter material which causes the removal of the dust coating on the exterior of the filter elements. An electronic unit starts, stops and monitors the cleaning frequency and pressure of the compressed air.
