Model SRH - Beating Rotor Brochure

The MAIER Beating Rotor SRH is a solid and reliable machine for the production of recycling or fresh wood chips from pre-crushed industrial waste wood, pallets, reclaimed timber or saw mill residues as well as for the reduction of urban waste contingents. The output material can be used as high-quality input e.g. for the panel board industry or for thermal utilization in power plants. The pre-cleaned material is usually fed to the infeed of the SRH by vibration conveyor. Specially toothed infeed rollers seize the material and forward it to the rotor. The material is crushed with high kinetic energy between the fast rotating heavy hammers and the counter-knife. The crushed material is further homogenized to the required size at the refractioning grid and is discharged from the machine by a screw, trough-chain or belt conveyor.
