Integrated Geo Instruments & Services Pvt. Ltd. (IGIS), Hyderabad, incorporated in 1981, has quickly come to the fore front and carved out a significant place in the Geophysical industry in India. The IGIS laboratory is equipped with full-fledged facilities for instrument design, development and production and testing manufacturing a wide range of Geophysical and geo-hydrological instruments.

IGIS has acquired a strong recognition for supply of Geophysical instruments in India as well as the international market succeeded in achieving an recognition among the countries like Nepal, Bangladesh, Kenya, Nigeria, Thailand, Zambia, south Africa and Sultan of Oman.

Involved in consultancy projects for state government of Meghalaya, Maharashtra, Goa, Andhra Pradesh further in World Bank, Netherlands associated consultancy projects for drinking water and sanitation in state of Karnataka India.

Apart from promoting Geophysical instruments realizing the need of navigational tool (GPS) for the surveyor / consultant , IGIS as a supplier of GPS devices identified the new opportunities to grow in the field of defence, police, forestry , mining, Information technology, telecommunication, construction , education. This diversification lead IGIS to grow in different verticals.

Added a new portfolio partnering with Trimble Agriculture in the year 2011.

Milestone: Being first to implement the concept of straight line planting using GPS application in India and successfully installed the product autopilot of Trimble AG to most of seed companies and research organizations in India.

Added a new portfolio partnering with Laser technology in the year 2017. Core products are engineered with pulse-laser technology resulting in the ability to measure distances, speeds, heights and azimuth bearings.

Added a New portfolio in the year 2018 partnering with EOS Positioning systems Canada. The world’s premier, high-accuracy GPS / GNSS receivers for connecting your Bluetooth® sub-meter, sub foot and RTK GPS / GNSS receivers to any iOS, Android, Windows, and Windows Mobile device.
