KOMAR Tiger Hydro-Shears are designed for heavy duty processing of difficult unknown or unsorted materials, as well as feed systems which require frequent starts and stops of the shredding action or where batch loading or material feeds cause frequent overload conditions. The Tiger Hydro-Shear provides for smooth operation as well as the best shockloading ability to protect the system from non-shreddables. These rugged and reliable size reduction shredders, provide primary and secondary shredding on a continuous basis utilizing the shredding action of high torque, independent shaft operation of counter rotating cutter disks in a variety of tooth patterns and sizes. It is designed to handle high volumes of difficult materials utilizing a highly efficient high-torque, low-speed hydro drive with automatic anti-jamming.
