Watergates is a member of the EA-Group

As a member of the global operating EA-Group, we can rely on a high-performance infrastructure, such as hardware and software and the new logistics center.

Development

An experienced team uses for the product development and engineering modern 3D-CAD and DTP systems.

Already in an early development phase, all relevant components were tested with FEM analysis of their strength.

So we can offer a product range that goes exceed the standard range. Also for planning the production process, these systems are used; so that minimized error sources and maximized the quality.

Production

As in all other departments is also in the production, the quality specification became the standard. That’s why our experts are perfectionists with special care and critical glance.

Modern CNC machines guarantee high quality at a high repetition accuracy of the manufactured components up to 180kg heavy and 1,000mm wide bodies for knife-gate valve.
