Many optional equipment accessories can be added to get a tailor-made solution.MENART stationary trommel screens are preferred by operators because of their adaptability to all workingrequirements.Controlled feed of the screen drumIn the hopper, a levelling drum regulates the flow of material onto the feed conveyor.The feeding of material into the drum is controlled and constant.The loading hoppers have large bins to facilitate the loading operations and canbe made to bespoke sizes to suit the user's needs.High efficiencyThe inclined drum technology allows gravity feed in the drum, avoiding useof screws and pushers in the drum and this reduces clogging and allowsoptimum sifting.Moreover, the trommels are equipped with wear-resistant fibre brushes to assisthaving clean mesh. The round wire mesh sections allow more "open space" onthe drum surface allowing the screened material to sift more easily. Theseadvantages of the MENART screening technology ensures maximum efficiency ofoperation.Screening quality descriptionThe material being screened moves forward in the inclined drum by gravity feed.The material is drawn upwards in the drum on side support tubes that act as "ledges" and then fallsdown from a high point in the drum on a clear bottom surface This and more "open" sifting spaceon the surface of the drum ensures efficient and quick screening and maximum throughput of finishedproduct.To obtain different sizes from a single screeningThe drum consists of several sections attached all along it's length, so sections with different mesh sizes can work simultaneously and multiplesizes can then be obtained.Alternatively, this can be obtained by having two drums end-to-end with different mesh size in each drum.Easy maintenanceA free moving fibre brush on the top of the drum cleans the mesh sections during screening, keeping the mesh open spaces free.The drums are supplied with protection covers for maximum operator safety but these are easy to remove to access the drum.The hydraulic transmission reduces the maintenance needs and increases the driving motorperformance and longevity and the hydraulic motors are less sensitive to dust and overheating.Various applications?
