HydraTech Engineered Products LLC • 10448 Chester Rd • Cincinnati, OH 45215 • 513-827-9169 1 HydraTech HydraLine 4134 Issue 2.09 Multi Purpose Epoxy Coating PRODUCT DESCRIPTION • The HydraLine 4134 is a unique, high build epoxy coating for corrosion resistant applications. • The 4134 provides excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates while allowing a sag free application at high film builds. • HydraLine 4134 can be filled with chopped fibers to create a polymeric filler / putty or be filled with Portland cement to form a polymeric mortar / grout. • The HydraLine 4134 can be utilized in combination with a variety of woven fabrics to give a structural repair. Substrate preparation dictates the adhesion performance of any coatings system. A properly prepped surface will ensure maximum life and performance of the system. System will discolor when exposed to sunlight. COVERAGE INHALATION: Wear suitable respiratory cartridge mask in enclosed spaces. Work in well ventilated areas. EYES: Wear suitable goggles. SKIN: Wear protective clothing and gloves made of impervious material. STORAGE: Store away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Store at 40º to 90ºF (4º to 32ºC). Avoid Freezing.
