MULTISTAB REGULATION VALVES FLUID LEVEL VALVEFUNCTION :To maintain a constant and adjustable water level in a reservoir.100 % hydraulic, proportional opening and closure.OPERATION :1 - The water level in the reservoir reaches the assigned value.2 - The drive closes.3 - Chamber C is supplied with water. The valve closes.4 - The water level in the reservoir drops between 10 and 15 cm below theassigned value.5 - The drive opens.6 - Chamber C is not supplied with water. The device opens.CONNECTION :Flanges NP 10 - 16 - 25LIMITS OF USE :Maximum upstream pressure : 10 bars. Beyond 10 bars provide a pressurereducer upstream of the device.Minimum upstream pressure : 0.3 to 0.8 barTemperature of the conveyed fluid : 0 to 90°cFLOW in l/sec :SETTING :Connect the device according to the directionof flow as indicated on the casing by an arrow.Connect the drive to the reservoir via a ductwhich must as far as possible have its sourceat one point of the static regime in normaltime.Increase or reduce the water level in thereservoir to the required value by turning thescrew on top of the drive. To increase thelevel, turn the screw clockwise. The difference of level between the closing and opening sequenceavoids constant operation of the device when the flow distribution demand islittle.SETTING :It is easier to adjust the filling level by simulating the water level in the reser-voir rather than by working on the reservoir itself. To do so, disconnect theRilsan drive/reservoir connection pipe at the reservoir level or replace it with alonger pipe if necessary and partly fill with water. Remove the extremity of thepipe so that the water level may correspond to the level required in the reser-voir. Induce the closure of the device by turning the adjusting screw or indu-ce the opening by turning the screw after having lowered the level by approxi-mately 15 centimeters.INSTALLATION CONDITIONS :Definition of the spring according to the water level measured between the diaphragm level and the filling level required.* The variation is proportional to the number of rotations. To increase the filling level, turn the screw clockwise.
